This month on the Tattered Angels Blog we are featuring Mistables. Anything that you can use your Glimmer Mists and Chalkboard Mists on!
Here is a Scrapbook Page all about my brother JR. He loves 80's music, denim, All things KISS and Dr Pepper, metal, chains and sarcastic t-shirts. "Everyone loves a Bad Boy" is on his t-shirt in the picture on the right. LOL!

I used an animal print paper by Canvas Corp and misted it with Marmalade Glimmer Mist. I used a large piece of canvas by Prima and misted Dark Denim Chalkboard Mist, and October Afternoon graphic sticker letters. These were all so perfect for the layout of my brother.
The metal accents were painted with Pewter and Flirty Glimmer Glaze, and Tide Pool Glimmer Glam. I threw in a Dr Pepper label just for kicks.

I cut and embossed Sprightly Sprockets out of Spellbinders Precious Metals Premium Craft Foil, then sanded and painted on glimmer glam for a funky look.
Next up is a layered Card. I love layering tons of paper and embellishments. They have all been misted, painted and chalk misted in some fashion.

I used Forest Green Glimmer Mist, Copper Glimmer Mist, Tide Pool Glimmer Glam, Golden Goddess Glimmer Glam,Cowboy Glimmer Glaze, and Orange Crush Glimmer Glaze.

The patterned paper and resist cards are the Hunt and Gather Collection by KaiserCraft, paper flowers and a resin flower by Prima, Tear Drop Circles and Grand Big Scalloped Circles ~ Spellbinders Paper Arts die cuts and a quote by Dr. Seuss.
I have one more really fun project to show! But that will have to wait for my next post. Or you can hop on over to the Tattered Angels Blog to see what I'm talking about ;)
A reader was inspired to create her own version of one of my cards! I will post her gorgeous creation soon.
Thanks so much for all your comments. You can always email me with questions and ideas as well.
Have a fabulous day, and remember Today is your Day!
