Deb Barnhill was gracious enough to let me share her gorgeous mat board mini album she created.  I love how she took the concept from class and made it her own.  The album really showcases the photography of ornate doors.  Breathtaking!

         

I love the gorgeous distressing she did.  Check out that stamp on the cover - love it!

Frankenstein and Skulls...

Whaaaa haa haa haa!  (in my best Dracula voice)

It's Halloween time!  It's my husband's favorite holiday.  Our girls - Arianna Faith (7) and Mackenzie Hope (5) don't want to dress up in any "cute" or "girlie" costume.  They want to be scary vampires!  (I'll post pictures later)

I was lucky enough to be the recipient of this adorable Halloween favor made by Rusty Owen of Basin, WY.  It's so darn cute I just had to share.

 

I also tricked my brother JR into scrap-booking with me the day after I taught classes in Worland.  He loves t-shirts with smart a** messages on them, so of course we included one of his favorite phrases on this card.  He really enjoyed working with the grunge board and the crackle paint.  He really liked the "staples" stamp too, and even let me stamp on his arm with it LOL!!

I just wanted to yell a big "Thank You!" into Cyberspace to all the wonderful people who attended the classes this past weekend.  I had so much fun, laughed a lot and really enjoyed hearing about the projects people are working on.  I didn't make it back home until Monday due to the foot and a half of snow we got in Worland :)

Mom came up with a great idea for our fund raiser portion of the classes.  Each participant agreed to make a scrapbook ornament (or 6 LOL) for a Christmas Tree that we will decorate for the "Festival of Trees" in Worland.  The decorated tree will be auctioned off with all proceeds going to local charities!  Brilliant idea mom - thanks! 

Mom and I spent pretty much the entire day on Sunday, altering mat board tags and turning them into Christmas tree ornaments.  My girls - Arianna and Mackenzie helped too.  Guess what?  We even got my brother JR to make a few!  I'll post some pictures later.

Thanks for attending - we'll be doing it again in the spring!

SNOW DAY......

It looks like it might be a "Snow Day" on Saturday!  It's going to be a great day to create some art and socialize with other creative chicks :)   Bring your coffee or cocoa.

Oh, and send me some good positive energy and say a few prayers that the roads are good for those of us traveling to Worland.
